The location was unbeatable. I walked to the peace memorial park easily. my superior twin room city view was lovely, and i especially enjoyed the comfortable beds. the rooftop bar gave fantastic views. I loved the free drink tokens too.
The bathroom had a slight musty smell. That was really the only flaw.

lovely stay close to peace park

location was great for seeing the memorial museum. it was a short walk. the hotel felt clean. i enjoyed drinks at the rooftop bar, such a great place to relax. other restaurants were within walking distance too.
the room felt small, it was more like a single room because there was light switch only on one side. it seemed expensive because of the small space.

this hotel stood out with its stylish design and comfortable atmosphere. the rooftop bar was a definite highlight, and i liked the coins we received for drinks. it was centrally located near the peace memorial park.
i found the lack of daily cleaning without an extra fee quite inconvenient. it would have been better if basic housekeeping was included, especially given the price of the stay.

lack of cleaningblood stains
the lack of daily cleaning surprised me given the price. i expected a certain level of service and found that beds werent made daily. there were also blood stains on a quilt when i entered the room. thankfully, staff replaced it upon notification.

housekeeping chargestained carpet
I was a bit let down by the extra charge for daily housekeeping. Even though i don't always need it, i think it should be included in the price. also, the room felt quite small, especially considering what i paid. It was functional, though i did expect more space. the general upkeep was lacking, i saw stains on the carpet. the service wasn't very japanase, i hoped for more kindness.
